Thursday:
check-in and get settled into our venue
say hello at happy hour

Friday:

full day of skiing or boarding at Whitefish Mountain Resort, with lunch on the hill and apres to end at the iconic Bierstube
pizza night in back at the house
hot tub hangs and game night
Saturday:
coffee, breakfast and a slow morning together
in-home pilates session led by a local instructor
guided snowshoe/xc ski adventure in Glacier National Park with lunch on the trail
space to relax, soak and chill back at the house
Whitefish distillery tour along with dinner in town

This is a great option for our local community who would rather join us for each day of the retreat, while staying in the comfort of their own homes. This option includes all activities, meals and workshops, but does not include overnight lodging at our retreat location, transportation during the weekend, and a day ticket to Whitefish Mountain Resort.

This is meant for women of all levels and for both skiers and snowboarders alike.
If you are a beginner, we do require that you have been on the slopes a handful of times and can make it down a run safely. Please note that we are not teaching you how to ski/board.
If you’re brand new and still want to join, we recommend booking a lesson with an expert at Whitefish Mountain Resort! Please note, the cost of lessons are up to you.
We’ll split into groups based on experience level so you can feel comfortable skiing with your squad
Each on-site guest will receive one full day ticket to Whitefish Mountain Resort.

Ski/snowboard gear is not provided, but you can definitely bring your own or rent if you prefer!
If you prefer to not carry around a bunch of gear during the weekend, then you can rent everything you need at Whitefish Mountain Resort the morning we get to the hill.
Need some help? We’re happy to support you in this area!
For snowshoeing/xc skiing on Saturday, the outfitter we are using has gear available, which is included in your retreat price.

Almost all meals and drinks are included with the following exceptions:
- Friday lunch at the ski hill
- Saturday night drinks outWe are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and food preferences.

We are staying at a venue located about 5-minutes from Downtown Whitefish and about 15-minutes from Glacier International Airport.
We will be providing transportation during the weekend retreat activities for on-site guests, but please note that transportation to and from the lodge is not included for arrival/departure.
There is a small airport located 15-minutes from Whitefish, with the Missoula airport being the next closest destination (about 2 hours away). There are ubers/lyfts/taxis available in Whitefish/Kalispell, as well as ample on-site parking if you choose to have a car for the weekend.

Please arrive to Whitefish on or before February 20th, with an arrival flight that lands no later than 4:30 PM (we’ll have dinner around 5:30pm) and a departure flight that takes off no earlier than 11:00 AM on February 23rd (closing remarks will be around 9:30am).

Yes! Once you're signed up, you will be added to our private group chat on Instagram where we’ll all get the chance to say hello, talk packing list, who's flying from where, and more.

We get it. Things happen! But, we also have to plan accordingly on our end too. A $500 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking. We repeat — the deposit is non-refundable.
Your remaining balance is non-refundable 60-days prior to the retreat start date (unless we find someone last minute to fill your spot). Thanks for understanding that we have to pay our vendors in a timely manner, regardless if you attend or not.
